Float - Solo Exhibition
You are invited to view my upcoming exhibition Float at Brunswick Street Gallery from Thursday November 14th until Sunday December 1st. The opening reception will be on Friday November 15th from 6-8pm, everyone is welcome.
‘Float explores feelings of calm and stillness observed through floating in/on water. The works are observations of plant life encountered while in the aquatic landscape, where visually recording observations is explored as an act of mindfulness. This meditation functions as a reminder of slowing down and absorbing the landscape.’

Watery Bodies - Solo Exhibition
‘Watery Bodies’ explores the intricate tapestry of life on our water-rich planet, highlighting the ubiquitous presence of aqueous connections. This shared reliance on water not only unites us but also intertwines us with the bodies of various plants, animals, and bacteria as water flows through us and between us. As a result, we become a part of these life forms, and they, in turn, become an integral part of us.
This body of work was inspired by the chapter ‘Hydrofeminism: Or, On Becoming a Body of Water’ by Astrida Neimanis from the book ‘Undutiful Daughters.’
You are warmly invited to the opening event on Friday, November 16th from 6-8pm at Brunswick Street Gallery, Fitzroy.

Hornsby Art Prize Exhibition
The Hornsby Art Prize opens on Friday October 20 and will run until November 5 at Wallarobba Arts and Cultural Centre NSW.

Solastalgia - Group Exhibition
Solastalgia discusses how places in nature are becoming ambiguous versions of what they once were. Places are becoming shadows of what they used to be as the world is changing before our eyes. This body of work aims to capture that change but also show regrowth and renewal in hope that these places are slowly being rebuilt and becoming diverse once again.
